Who Staffing is looking for a high-volume Contract Corporate Recruiter to support our fast-growing client in the home remodeling industry. This position is onsite at the corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD.

Job Description:

The Contract Corporate Recruiter will deliver full life cycle recruiting services by identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates who meet current and future staffing requirements. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition based out of the Fulton, MD office.

Core Role Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and review applications and phone screen candidates to obtain information such as work history, education, job skills and salary requirements

• Manage full life cycle of communication with candidates, from initial phone screen, scheduling of interviews and job offers

• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, face to face prospecting, and in person training sessions

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through job postings, social media, networking, business and employee referrals

• Establish relationships with hiring managers to get a full understanding of their needs, challenges, and culture in making the best hiring decisions

• Partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company and to deliver the best the talent to the organization

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting or agency recruiting capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with an Application Tracking System (ATS) or CRM

• Ability to demonstrate strong sourcing and interviewing techniques

• Success with recruiting for all levels of employees within a corporate environment

• Success with meeting or exceeding hiring metrics/KPI's
