ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

Who Staffing is looking for an Account Supervisor for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity with our client in Columbia, MD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall agency and client partner relationship and client retention

• Actively pursue business opportunities by identifying, establishing, and maintaining new and existing accounts through strong client relationships

• Advise clients, make recommendations, and provide strategic guidance to support development of marketing solutions, including branding, websites, print, video, content creation, advertising, and search engine marketing services

• Leverage marketing and strategy insights to inform planning and execution

• Work closely with clients to discover, recommend, collect, report and manage project requirements

• Coordinate with the creative project manager to create basis of estimates (BoE), change orders, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC)

• Track and communicate program and project status and conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams

• Manage client expectations, and coordinate with creative project manager to track budgets, scope of work, timing, schedules, and process and resolve budget issues

• Address challenges and manage issue resolution

• Lead the development of commercial proposal responses including writing content, collecting assets, and working with the pricing team to create budgets

• Continuously staying up to date on industry trends and developments

• Mentor account executives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Deep understanding of development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies

• Excellent attention to detail

• Adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities

• Experience working with and presenting to executive-level clients

• Ability to plan, build, and manage a variety of concurrent initiatives

• Ability to interpret client needs into written proposals

• Understanding of the creative process

• Self-starter

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Minimum 10 years’ experience
